In the rare event of a chip transfer issue, we will collaborate with you to issue a new card from your bank and then craft a new metal version.

Your metal card is designed to function in all scenarios where your plastic card does, with the caveat that it may not be suitable for ATMs that entirely ingest the card. For ATMs where only a part of the card is inserted, usage is recommended. If an issue arises at an ATM, you can retrieve your card with identification at the bank.
