Refund policy

Due to the bespoke nature of each metal card we create, and the irreversible process involved in customizing your card, all sales are considered final. We cannot offer refunds or returns, except under our warranty conditions. Should your card require repair under warranty, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair service, partial refund, or a full refund as appropriate.

However, if you change your mind before sending in your card for conversion, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days from your purchase date. Please note, refund requests made after this 30-day period cannot be accommodated.
